All that most people see is Vick making great plays on the field. all the while the dogs are in the background out of view from the cameras. A classic case of out of site is out of mind. Shelter dogs of Oklahoma inc. is a dog rescue located in BridgeCreek Oklahoma, whose focus is saving dogs from the local animal shelters, and finding new homes for them. Every year 2.2 million dogs are euthanized in the United States alone. We are just one small rescue fighting to change that statistic through adoption efforts as well as education about having our pets spayed or neutered. currently we are trying to get set up with petfinders.com so that we can have another branch on the web to reach more people. also we are working on getting a partnership set up with some of the bigger stores within the Oklahoma city metro area, so that we can gain a more public role. 2010 has been a great year and 2011 is lining up to be even better.
